Lovely staff and a vibrant location

Waking up to the delicious breakfast was an absolute treat!

However, the room felt outdated, with some lingering smells that could be off-putting. The shower pressure was inconsistent, and there were minor issues with the bathroom facilities.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved the hotel's ideal location near Hoan Kiem Lake. The spacious Beautiful Family Room was perfect for my wife, our 3 teenagers, and me. The staff were attentive, making our stay feel special, especially when we left our bags here while exploring Sapa.

My kids wished the hotel had a pool for downtime.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to local attractions. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring delicious sourdough bread and a variety of cooked options. However, the room was on the smaller side, lacking natural light and a view, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the shower and sink water could get uncomfortably hot, posing a bit of a safety concern.

the shower had weak water pressure (not ideal), but the location was perfect (so close to everything! ). the staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with tips or bookings. breakfast was fresh with a nice variety. definitely worth returning to!
